Issue with Exposing D365 Retail Server API

On most days configuring Entra Application(Azure applications) and D365 to access D365 Commerce API goes smoothlyConsume Retail Server API. But there was a scenario where i struggled with configuring the application in D365. Register the app in the finance and operations app so that Retail Server trusts it.

On step 2 of registering the application, it asks us to select the line with Type Azure/Entra Active Directory. If its a CSU it is supposed to have 2 urls listed with Azure active directory. But in my case it was having only one(Application type is shown as Azure active directory since it is older version).Single entry listed

This above is the entry for the CSU, where as we are supposed to configure against the line with the client tenant id listed(In this case the second one).CSU and client entries
